Fax: 651-459-9358 Conditions of Sale This wholesale listing is offered to licensed nurseries and landscape contractors only. Prices quoted are F.O.B. our nursery in Hastings, Minnesota. Types of Payment Acceptable forms of payment include cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover) and Buell’s credit account. Credit Credit is given to established accounts on net 30 day terms. If you wish to establish credit an application must be filled out, processed and approved. Approval time requires 14 days. A service charge of 1.5% per month is charged on all past due accounts. Credit will be suspended on any accounts past 60 days. Sales Tax If you want to be tax-exempt, it is your responsibility to provide us with a signed exemption certificate or we are required by law to apply sales tax. Forms are available upon request. Guarantee Buell’s will stand behind our plant material when a pattern of loss is sustained with a particular variety. Buell’s will not be responsible for any other expenses, losses, or inconveniences which a purchaser may sustain or suffer as a result there of. Plants are a perishable product. To process a claim, purchaser must supply sales receipt, photos, and letter stating circumstances of the problem. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. |
