Garden Center:
Buell's will replace once, free of charge, all trees, shrubs, and evergreens, which fail to grow in a one year period from date of purchase, provided the following conditions have been met: Proper planting and maintenance procedures are followed as outlined in our instructional brochure. Planting failures are reported to us within the one year period. Proof of purchase must be presented.
No guarantee made on:
* Annuals
* Hybrid Tea Roses
* Plants in above ground containers
* Sod
Guarantee not to exceed the price paid
No cash refunds.
If you need a replacement:
Shrubs - dig up the dead plant and bring it into our garden center with your receipt of purchase.
Trees - are too large to bring in, so cut of a large branch so the staff can diagnose the cause of death, along with your receipt.
Can't find your receipt! That is okay if you are part of our Frequent Buyer program, all of your purchases are tracked in our system.
Landscape Services:
